These terms apply to every purchase made on plugincrate.com. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you buy — they are short on purpose.
1. Who we are
Plugin Crate (“we”, “us”) sells digital products — WordPress plugins, mainly for the Divi Builder — through this website. You can reach us at admin@plugincrate.com.
2. What we sell
All products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped physically, and no physical goods are sold on this site. Product descriptions, requirements and screenshots describe the product as accurately as we can.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Where sales tax, VAT or GST applies, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Orders and payment
An order is a request to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, abuse or a pricing error, and we will refund any amount already charged. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
5. Delivery
Downloads are available immediately after a successful payment. You will also receive an email with a download link, and the files stay available in My account → Downloads, so you can re-download them later.
6. Licence
Each purchase includes a licence for one production WordPress site, plus unlimited development and staging copies. The full terms are in our Licence Agreement. The code is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later.
7. Updates and support
A purchase includes updates and email support for 12 months from the order date. After that period the installed plugin keeps working; only new releases and support stop.
8. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish our downloads, and not to remove or alter copyright notices. You may modify the code for your own use, as the GPL allows.
10. Intellectual property
The plugins, documentation, screenshots and site content remain our property or the property of their respective owners. Your licence grants rights of use, not ownership.
11. Disclaimers
Our products are provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. We test against the versions listed on each product page, but we cannot guarantee that a plugin will work with every combination of theme, plugin and hosting environment.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.
